We are a small, friendly, independent boutique offering a highly professional grooming service, located right in the heart of historic Hitchin's market town for the ease and convenience of our clients and your pets. So why not just drop your dog in... while you go shopping!
Owned and operated by Terence and Adrian we are very proud to have Hannah, who is an exceptional groomer, work alongside us as part of our dedicated team, and as we continue to grow.
We are open 5 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm to provide an unrivalled level of customer and pet care, beginning with a private consultation to check the health of your dog. Different styling options are discussed and we ensure your requirements are understood and exceeded. We demand the highest standards and as such we insist all our groomers are very highly trained professionals at City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 - why settle for less, we deliver the quality & care any pet owner should demand as standard, & are fully risk assessed & insured.
We love and protect all the dogs in our care as if they were our own. We never crate or kennel an animal, as we offer a boutique one groomer on one pet service creating a calm, tranquil atmosphere where your pet remains relaxed yet happily pampered throughout their personalised experience - which is why we take pride in ourselves as the pureyors of the ultimate boutique spa and grooming service.
We offer the following services: a complete full groom, or a tidy up (eyes and bottom with wash & style), a wash and blow service, and puppy pampers to ensure your new family member is familiarised early on in life. We always trim nails, clean and treat ears as standard on every groom (anal gland expression on request only).

Saturday's are a premium day for most of our clients and we recognise the waiting list can now be a few weeks, that's why we've taken on additional staff to offer more appointments. If you're unable to make any appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer this to another client who may be waiting. There's no charge as we understand unavoidable things to do happen, we just ask for your help.
